6pm to 9pm
If it’s the middle Wednesday in March, it must be time for the MNSAH annual meeting, and this year is no different. (We’re all about heritage, right?)
On March 16th we’re heading back to the Minnesota Humanities Center in St. Paul. We’ll gather at 6:00 and go from there. In addition to dinner and our usual excellent presentation, it’s time for the semi-annual Gebhard Awards.
Our keynote speaker this year is Michael Bjornberg, a Senior Project Manager, Historical Architect, and Preservation Specialist for the architectural and engineering firm of Hammel, Green & Abrahamson (HGA) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His presentation will focus on his current project, the comprehensive three-year repair, restoration, and update of the Minnesota State Capitol.
